The Smartwares RD1583 Outdoor Radio is the perfect radio to take to the park or beach. The robust radio has rubber bumpers and is splashproof thanks to the IPX4 protection rating. Altogether the radio is perfect for outdoor use.

Listen to your favourite music
Choose from 20 preset channels or automatically search for radio stations. You can plug your smartphone or mp3 player into the AUX input to play your own music. The radio has a LCD display with backlight that allows you to operate the radio in the dark.

Easy to carry
The outdoor radio can be easily moved with the carry handle. Thanks to the robust design, rubber bumpers and almost unbreakable antenna, the radio is impact resistant. Besides, the music player can be powered with the included adapter or batteries (not included).

If the indication 'no disk' is displayed, the following options can be wrong:
1) There is no disk in the CD-player.
2) The disk is damaged or dirty.
3) The laser lens is steamed up, wait until the lens is cleared up.
4) The CD-R is blank or not finalized.
If the CD-player skips audio tracks either there's a program running or the disk is damaged or dirty.
An electrostatic charge can be present. Pull the power plug for a few seconds, then reconnect it and turn on the device again.
