The camera records in full HD 720p. It has a wide viewing zone of 160 degrees. The WiFi video doorbell has infra-red night vision and allows the camera to record up to 3 metres in distance even in the dark. The ability to play back any suspicious nocturnal visits, provides your family with a greater sense of security.

Easy to install
With no need for wiring, the doorbell is powered by rechargeable batteries that last between 4-6 months or you have the option to hard wire with an easy to install adaptor. It is weatherproof with an IP55 protection rating. The DIC-23216 Video Doorbell can be connected by WiFi using the Smartwares View App available on both Android or IOS. No more struggling. Safe and secure
Extend your home security by viewing back visitors via a SD-Card-MAX 32GB, (not included) or by using the FREE App (Available on both iOS and Android) on your smartphone or tablet. Create your own password for maximum security. The app and video doorbell use EU-based servers and comply with the latest privacy legislations, ensuring your data is safe and secure. All video recordings can be stored online on your own Google Drive account. Stay safe with a Smart life!

Welcome your visitors
If you want to extend the features further, your new doorbell can be connected to an automatic door or gate opener (either an existing door opener or the Byron DB5005 or DB5005L, sold separately). This allows you to welcome visitors via your smartphone, with just the push of an unlock button, even if you aren’t at home. The DIC-23216 also has the capability to connect to any of the Byron BY wireless doorbell range, meaning that should someone ring the bell a chime will also sound in the house.
