Reliable smoke detectors
All Smartwares smoke alarms are equipped with an optical sensor. An optical sensor reacts fast to smoldering fires, has less false alarms and is environmentally friendly. The battery of the RM149 Smoke detector has a 1 year lifetime and the sensor has a maximal lifetime of 10 years. The empty battery indicator alerts you with a sound signal if the battery needs to be replaced.
Prevent carbon monoxide poisoning
The Smartwares RM370 Carbon monoxide alarm has a loud and clear alarm of 85 dB that goes off when the allowed carbon monoxide concentration is exceeded. You can check the display to get updated on the current concentration and temperature. The alarm can be used in spaces with a surface from 20 m² up to 40 m². The sensor has a 7 years lifetime and comes with a battery with a lifetime of 1 year. You will hear a short beep if the battery is running low, this way you get alerted when you need to replace the battery.
