Returning Accessories & Parts*


*This information applies exclusively to the return of a spare part or accessory.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. You do not need a return label from us (the return shipping costs are at your own expense). Follow the steps below to return your product:

1. Pack the product properly and securely: Ensure that the unused product is well-packed to prevent damage during transport. Preferably use the box/packaging as received.
2. Include the packing slip: Don't have it anymore? Then add a note with the order number, your full name, and address details.
3. Ship the product: Send the product via a carrier of your choice (e.g., DPD or UPS) to the return address below.
4. Keep your shipping receipt: Keep your shipping receipt safe until we have processed your return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days; you will receive the refund via the same method you used to pay us. Make sure to return the products in their original condition. Note: It is not possible to exchange items. If you want a different product, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Return Conditions:

  • Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (such as in-ear headphones, toothbrush, and shaving or epilation accessories if the seal has been broken).
  • The item must be returned in its original state, unused, undamaged, and preferably in the original packaging.
  • If you have used the product beyond what is legally allowed to assess it, we may deduct/recover the resulting depreciation.
  • After receiving the item, you have 14 days to return it.
  • We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving your return. You will receive a refund for the product costs. The refund will be made in the same way as you paid us.
  • We are not liable for the loss or damage of returned items.


FAQ's

Always check whether the packaging has been opened. If you are not happy with the condition of the package when you receive it, do not accept it and ask the courier to return it.

You log into your account and go to “Request return”. Follow the on-screen instructions and click “Finish”. We will then assess your return request. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us within five working days, you can contact us yourself.
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you have ordered the wrong accessory or spare part, or if you are not happy with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days.
You do not receive a replacement product when you return a product to us. You can, of course, always place a new order via our website. However, you will receive a new product if you have returned the product for repair and it cannot be repaired. Please see the conditions for repair for more information (link).
Once we have received the product you have returned to us, we will reimburse the value of your order and pay it into the account of the card that was used to place the order. You will be reimbursed within 14 working days after we have received the product. If you return the product within 14 days after placing the order, we will reimburse the full purchase price (price of the product + delivery costs).
Yes. If only one of the products you ordered must be returned, the same rules apply as for returning a product when it is the only product you ordered. The only difference is that we will not reimburse the delivery costs if the product is returned within 14 days.
No. If you want to exchange an accessory or spare part, you must return it within 14 days and place a new order.
