Timer switches
Use a timer to make sure the lights are always turned off. With a timer switch, you set the time at which you want the appliance to be turned on or off. This is particularly useful if you are forgetful (think of lights, an iron or a fan), if you like the path to your house to be lit when you arrive home or if you want to make it look as if you are at home when you are on holiday. Insert the timer switch into a plug socket and set the on and off times; it is as easy as that.
